1/4 C Texas BBQ Rub
1 rack of pork ribs (spare or baby back)
1 bottle of SkipKenny Whiskey BBQ Sauce
1. Remove membrane from underside of ribs.
2. Rub ribs with Texas BBQ Rub. Top and bottom.
3. Place ribs on smoker at 300 degrees.
4. Smoke for 1 hour then wrap in foil and finish for 1.5 hours (Add 1 cup of your favorite Skipkenny BBQ sauce when wrapping in foil for wet ribs – but we like ours dry!)
5. Serve with your favorite Skipkenny BBQ sauce on the side.
